"Brian and Craig: I just wanted to give you some feedback on my first experience with Northstar Powersports: My son and I ran into your Parts Manager, Mr. Wayne Willey, at the 2006 Twin-Cities motorcycle show in early February. I explained to Wayne that we were having a hard time finding someone who could help us with final drive parts for our Ninja. Wayne not only knew of a solution, but he also recommended we look at steel rather than aluminum sprockets as well as a higher quality and better value chain...
Needless to say, the next day I sent Wayne a parts request. Within an hour I had a competitive quote for the parts we needed. I placed the order with Wayne and had the parts in short order!
I am truly impressed with your company's responsiveness. It is refreshing to deal with such a consientious team.
