"I just picked up my Kingpin and I want to thank you for taking care of me. I brought my bike in for a broken throttle cable and your service department checked my bike over and found I needed a rear tire and rear brake pads. I do appreciate your guys taking the time to care about my safety. I also aprreciate the extra time they put into it to finish it up late on Thursday so I can leave for my bike trip on Friday. "Brian and Craig: I just wanted to give you some feedback on my first experience with Northstar Powersports: My son and I ran into your Parts Manager, Mr. Wayne Willey, at the 2006 Twin-Cities motorcycle show in early February. I explained to Wayne that we were having a hard time finding someone who could help us with final drive parts for our Ninja. Wayne not only knew of a solution, but he also recommended we look at steel rather than aluminum sprockets as well as a higher quality and better value chain... Needless to say, the next day I sent Wayne a parts request. Within an hour I had a competitive quote for the parts we needed. I placed the order with Wayne and had the parts in short order!
